iPad Software Issues
If you have any issues with the software of your iPad then try the following DIY steps to check if it resolves the issue:
· Hard Reset: Perform a hard reset on your iPad. You can refer to the following link to perform a hard reset: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559.
· Update to the latest software available
· Reset all settings: If the issues is not resolved after a Hard Reset then reset all the settings of your iPad to factory settings. For more information, see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252.
· Erase and reset all settings: Before you do this step ensure that you take a back up of your iPad in iTunes, for more information on how to backup, see https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT203977. After taking a back up erase and reset all the settings, for more information, see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201274. This step will ensure that the issue is not caused by any application or data in the iPad.
