  • 30 minutes from booking in Bangalore. Mumbai, Chennai and Delhi are pickup-only (free FedEx, 2–6 day round-trip) because we don't have local doorstep technicians there yet.

  • At your address. Our technician arrives with all the parts pre-loaded for your iPhone model and the tooling required — heated mat, ESD-protected surface, Phonecheck diagnostic device. Repair happens in 30–60 minutes.

  • No — doorstep is free in our covered cities. Same price as walk-in. We charge for the repair itself; the convenience is built in.

  • Free FedEx pickup-and-drop anywhere in India. Round-trip 4–6 working days. Same Apple-spec parts, same warranty.

  • Rare but possible. If the technician finds an additional fault, we'll explain on-site and either complete the work then or schedule a return visit (no extra trip charge).

  • Yes — UPI, card, or cash, paid to the technician on completion. For repairs over ₹15,000 we sometimes ask for 50% advance to cover the parts order.

  • iPad and MacBook repairs are bench-only (they need 30+ minutes of solvent + adhesive cure time that's impractical at your address). We offer free FedEx pickup-and-drop for those instead.
