    Often a software issue first — try restart. If persistent, hardware.

  • Front camera works but Face ID doesn't (iPad Pro)

    Face ID is a separate module from the front camera. We don't repair Face ID modules — Apple's policy makes them unpairable. Front camera alone, yes.
