1Diagnostic
We verify the issue is the battery before any disassembly. Voltage test under load, charge-retention test, visual inspection for swelling. If it's not the battery, you don't pay.
2Open the enclosure
Most Bluetooth speakers use snap-fit or screw-secured housings. We disassemble carefully to avoid breaking clips or damaging grilles.
3Disconnect the old battery
Battery connector released, old cell removed. We measure the old cell's actual capacity — degradation beyond 60% is documented in your invoice.
4Install the new battery
OEM-spec cell installed and secured with adhesive or brackets. Connector polarity verified — reversed polarity kills the speaker's power IC.
5Reseal and full test
Housing resealed, full functional test. We charge the speaker to 100% and run a 30-minute playback test before handing it back. Only leaves the bench when every check is green.

Battery replacement cost varies by brand and model. Typical range is ₹1,500–₹4,500 depending on the speaker size and battery capacity. JBL Flip/Charge series start at ₹1,800; larger models like Bose SoundLink or Marshall Kilburn are ₹3,000–₹4,500. We provide an exact quote after diagnostic.

If you have a different brand, call us — we source batteries for almost everything.
If your speaker is still under manufacturer warranty, a third-party battery replacement (including ours) voids it. iTweak instead provides our own 6-month warranty on the battery and labour. For speakers still under brand warranty, we recommend the brand's service centre; for everything else, our OEM-spec batteries deliver factory performance at a fraction of brand service cost.
