2Free FedEx pickup or walk-in
Free insured pickup pan-India in iMac-grade packaging (custom-fit foam, ~30kg shipping weight). Or walk into Marathahalli (Bangalore) or Andheri (Mumbai). Typical round-trip: 6–8 working days from anywhere in India (iMacs are slower than smaller devices to ship).
3Diagnose and quote
Apple Diagnostics + bench-level testing (multimeter, microscope, thermal scan). We confirm the actual fault — GPU vs board vs SSD vs PSU — before quoting. Written quote, itemised, approve or decline.
4Component-level repair
Display panel safely separated using suction + heated mat (no heat gun). Component-level board work — chip replacement, capacitor reflow, BGA rework where needed. SSD swap where requested. Reassembled with Apple-spec adhesive.
5Test, calibrate, return
Apple Diagnostics post-repair, thermal calibration, display calibration. 1-year warranty paperwork. Return courier or walk-out.

In most cases, yes — if it's seen quickly. We ultrasonic-clean the board, remove corrosion, and repair affected chips at component level. The longer it stays powered or untreated, the more corrosion spreads.
Usually not — our chip-level approach preserves the storage where possible, and we can recover data from the drive separately if the board needs major work.
Power it off, unplug it, and don't try to switch it back on. Get it to us as soon as possible — every hour powered-on after a spill means more corrosion.
